It is the concept and brainchild of few fitness geeks around us, with an aim of imparting correct knowledge and expertise in relations to FITNESS. With our experience we understood that fitness facts are surrounded by myths. In fact, more myths and less fact. This is just an endeavor to impart right knowledge of fitness, which is crystal clear and not surrounded by any myths.
Fitness is a very broad term. It varies from society to society, territories, individuals, sports, work, eating habits and the count is endless. Despite of so many diversification one thing is common, as an individual, we are always aspiring to be the fitter and the better.
With this in mind many of us tries to be the fitter and the better.
Out of many who tries, very few are able to achieve it. Why?
Less motivation, improper guidance, both in technique and nutrition or is it because we start very late. Again the more you ask, the more reasons will end up joining this list.
Fitness habits like brushing teeth, taking bath, playing any sport are all examples of good habit. If we analyze our life and our fitness habit, we all would agree that all the good habits inculcated in our childhood stayed with us for whole life.
