    5. Improvement in body composition, which in turn helps child to remain healthy and achieve its best.

    10. stronger ligaments
    11. more muscle
    12. less fat
    13. higher metabolism
    14. greater physical capacity
    15. greater self-confidence
    16. lower injury risk have stronger muscles and bones
    17. have a leaner body because exercise helps control body fat
    18. be less likely to become overweight
    19. decrease the risk of developing type 2 diabetes
    20. possibly lower blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels
    21. have a better outlook on life
